After graduating a semester early, Makayla Wilson, a native Chicagoan, moved to California to pursue a career in business and storytelling. A proud graduate of University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, her eclectic mix of employment in entertainment administration and operations developed her passion for entertainment business. Driven by hard work and persistence, she prides herself on putting her best foot forward.

Before joining Cinema Management Group, Makayla was the Marketing and Operations Director of Illini Media, a nonprofit student media and advertising agency.
