THE COLLECTOR

THE COLLECTOR emerges as a real-time game of cat-and-mouse, melding primal horror with suspense thriller. The story unfolds as a handyman robs a family’s country house, only to discover something far more sinister already happening there.

The film was theatrically released in the US July 31st by Freestyle Releasing and collected, so to speak, US$ 8 million at the US box office. Picture was written by Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton, the creative minds behind Saw IV, V and the just released Saw VI, and directed by Dunstan. The feature stars Josh Stewart (Law Abiding Citizen, Curious Case of Benjamin Button), Michael Reilly Burke (Death of a President, Mars Attacks), Andrea Roth (The Skeptic, The Stepdaughter), and Madeline Zima (A Cinderella Story, Till There Was You).
