Edward Noeltner
President
Edward Noeltner is a seasoned and well-respected executive in the field of international motion picture licensing, distribution and sales. He has licensed worldwide many major Academy Award wining feature films such as “Chicago”, “The Hours”, “Frida”, “Shine”, “Kolya”; award wining foreign language arthouse titles such as “Faithless”, “Under The Sun”, “Tango”, “Four Days in September”, “Owl and the Sparrow” and prestigious film libraries such as SF’s Ingmar Bergman collection, The Douris Corp’s Buster Keaton collection and The Rohauer Collection.
His international and domestic clients include some of the best-known companies in distribution (Lionsgate, Samuel Goldwyn Films, Pathé, RCV Ent., Central Partnership, Lucky Red, BAC Films, Videocine etc..) as well as television broadcasters (Showtime, Sogecable, Canal Plus, BSkyB, SuperChannel). Mr. Noeltner he has over 20 years of experience distributing feature films internationally, negotiating all forms of international distribution and acquisitions agreements and has most recently co-executive produced a 13 x half hour animated series for DVD distribution and TV broadcast.
Mr. Noeltner’s has held the following positions: President, Senator International (Berlin), Head of Television at Pandora Cinema (Paris), Sr. Vice President Int’l Distribution at AB Svensk Filmindustri (Stockholm/Paris), Sr. Vice President and Head of Sales at Miramax International (New York) and is now President and Managing Director of Cinema Management Group (Los Angeles). Mr. Noeltner has a Master of Arts degree from USC Cinema in Critical Studies and is perfectly trilingual in English, French and German. |

Gray Frederickson
Executive Vice President – Production and Business Development
Gray Frederickson is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, The Academy of Television Art and Sciences, The Directors Guild of America, and the Screen Actors Guild and has the honor of having three of his films listed on The American Film Institute’s top 100 films.
Frederickson began a 20-year association with Francis Ford Coppola as the Associate Producer on the Academy Award-winning The Godfather. He also Produced One From the Heart and The Outsiders while a part of Coppola’s famed Zoetrope Studios. He won an Oscar as Co-Producer of The Godfather Part II, received another Academy Award nomination for his work as Co-Producer of Apocalypse Now and won an Emmy for producing “Dream No Little Dream, The Life and Times of Robert S. Kerr”. He was also a Co-Producer on the Academy Award-nominated The Godfather Part III.
Frederickson has been Vice President in Charge of Feature Film Production at Lorimar. He also wrote the original story for the Twentieth Century Fox film Bad Girls, directed by Jonathan Kaplan and starring Andie MacDowell, Drew Barrymore, and Madeline Stowe. Most recently Mr. Frederickson has been active as president of Graymark Productions Inc. Projects produced by Frederickson and Graymark include Cloud 9 starring Burt Reynolds, Surveillance, a thriller starringArmand Assante, and Ivory, a dramaabout life in a music conservatory, starring Martin Landau. |

Brian Cleveland
Vice President of Acquisitions and Business Affairs
After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Brian Cleveland started his career in documentary film on BIOGRAPHY for the A&E channel as well as in new media productions for the AMPEX Corporation. He also wrote and directed a short film called “Dollarsandsense” which won "Best of" at New York's Short Film Slam.
With a desire to transition into feature films, Brian studied screenwriting at NYU before collaborating with his brother, Jason Cleveland, on Soul’s Midnight, a vampire script that would star Armand Assante and be produced by Gray Frederickson of Graymark Productions. Brian and Jason followed up with Fingerprints, a supernatural horror film that starred Kristin Cavallari, Leah Pipes, and Lou Diamond Phillips. Fingerprints won “Best Feature” at the New York City Horror Film Festival and plays regularly on Showtime.
Brian brings many talents and new perspectives to CMG. He is an accomplished photographer, published in Light Leaks magazine and displayed in a group gallery show in New Orleans. He has both lived and traveled extensively through Africa, Asia, and South America and is a master scuba diver and cave diver. |

Jason Cleveland
Vice President of Acquisitions and Business Affairs
Jason Cleveland began his film career as an assistant with Graymark/Ruddy- Morgan productions on their feature film Cloud 9 after earning his degree from The American Broadcasting School. Jason attended Robert McKee’s acclaimed Story seminar, before collaborating with his brother on Soul’s Midnight, a vampire script that would star Armand Assante and be produced by Gray Frederickson of Graymark Productions. Brian and Jason followed up Soul’s Midnight with Fingerprints, a supernatural horror film that starred Kristin Cavallari, Leah Pipes, and Lou Diamond Phillips. Fingerprints won “Best Feature” at the New York City Horror Film Festival. Learning from veteran producers Gray Frederickson and Albert S. Ruddy, Jason also served as a producer on both Soul’s Midnight and Fingerprints, where he gained firsthand experience in the business of distribution and film acquisition. |

Dené Anderberg
Operations Manager & Sales Executive
Dené Anderberg began working for Cinema Management Group after graduating from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Writing and Business Administration.
Before joining CMG, Dené worked as an executive assistant with a variety of industry professionals in production, public relations, event planning and business development for Tangible Entertainment, The Luthier Society and the Make a Film Foundation. She spent one summer in New Zealand studying film and a few months volunteering at a hospital and orphanage in Ghana, West Africa. She comes from a family of thriving business owners and from a very young age, she learned what it takes to run a successful company.
Dené Anderberg is responsible for all CMG’s day to day operations including all festival and market activities, all international servicing with Backroom International, as well as all financial and contract operations of the company. |
